The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the basic principles that small to medium sized businesses should follow to ensure compliance with legal requirements for health and safety.On completion of the course delegates should be able to:

- Identify the main steps involved in Risk Assessment (and other specific risk assessments)

Driver and Fleet Safety
The aim of the course is to equip delegates with the knowledge and tools required to ensure safe and effective management of vehicle fleets.On completion of the course delegates should be able to:
- Identify the main hazards associated with occupational driving
- Identify the main steps to assessing occupational road risk
- Identify controls associated with the driver, journey and vehicle

The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an appreciation of the key principles of business continuity planning and the implantation and testing of business continuity arrangements. On completion of the course delegates should be able to understand the commercial and quality drivers which:- Support the need for Business Continuity within their organisation

- Make cost/benefit analysis to support the need for a Business Continuity capability
