Complying with the new noise at work regulations

Sound waves entering ear Noise can be a problem in virtually any working environment. Workers in factories, schools, call centres, pubs and even vehicles are all potentially at risk from exposure, whether the noise is from machinery or other people.

Legal noise exposure limits are already in place in the UK, however from April 2006 these are set to become even tighter as a result of a European Union directive.
