Official government crime figures reveal there are over 1.3 million attacks on workers in the UK each year. Worryingly, assaults and threats against employees are increasing by around 5% every two years.We spoke to Bill Fox, a conflict management expert from consultants Maybo, and asked him why businesses could not afford to ignore this problem and how best to manage violence at work.
