HSE updates its guidance on pandemic flu
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has updated its workplace guidance covering pandemic flu this week.
The online guide explains what pandemic flu is and offers general advice for both employers and employees on the issue.
Much of the advice covers the protection offered by masks, and whether or not employees would be required to wear them in the event of an influenza pandemic. The HSE also provides links to other sources of information.
