Craig has spent over 20 years in the insurance industry, with the majority of his experience being in the field of commercial underwriting and risk management. Craig has also held roles in training and development and change management, making him a widely experienced insurance professional.

In Craig's current position he leads our UK-wide operations team which includes 8 Regional Risk Services Managers and some 145 Risk Advisers. This is one the insurance industry's largest survey fieldforce, with expertise in composite, fleet, liability, sprinkler, business interruption and contract works.
